Coordinators and Managers
Common Interest Group & Community of Practice

Online sessions bi-monthly

These bi-monthly online sessions will be an opportunity for Coordinators and Managers to meet with likeminded colleagues who have similar professional experience. To draw on each other's knowledge to improve your own practice and to support each other.

A theme will be identified for each session and a guest facilitator and presenter will be invited.  An open mic will be allocated for conversations and connecting with your peers.

Etienne Wenger, an education practitioner and academic, described CoP as “Groups of people who share a passion for something that they know how to do and who interact regularly to learn how to do it better”. Communities of practice often focus on sharing best practices and creating new knowledge to advance a domain of professional practice.
