Online Manager Catch Ups
Managers Community of Practice 'House to House'
The online 'House to House' Neighbourhood and Community House Manager Catch Up sessions are convened at least bi-monthly and provide an opportunity for Managers to meet with like-minded colleagues who have similar professional experience. To draw on each other's knowledge to improve your own practice and to support each other. A theme will be identified for each session with occasional guest facilitators and presenters. An open mic will be allocated for conversations and connecting with your peers.
Etienne Wenger, an education practitioner and academic, described CoP as “Groups of people who share a passion for something that they know how to do and who interact regularly to learn how to do it better”. Communities of practice often focus on sharing best practices and creating new knowledge to advance a domain of professional practice.

Spotlight On Committee Catch Up
Spotlight On is a collaborative project to support Neighbourhood and Community House Committees in the CHANH, RANCH and EGNHN networks.
Spotlight On was launched as a new initiative in 2025 aimed at supporting Neighbourhood and Community House Committees. It is produced quarterly and provides a snapshot of useful information and resources specifically tailored to Committee needs.
Spotlight On also offers a follow-up online discussion for Committee members with the Area Support Manager Team. This is an informal session available to all Committee members from across the three networks.
